Modern apartment with a special terrace and view! <3

It's my 3rd time now on sardinia – I am always coming back for exploring beaches and the landscape and of course also nice apartments. Also this time we are very lucky to found this one by Massimo. Next to the great (and big) terrace with that unforgettable view (wake up at 7 am and please enjoy that light atmosphere!) the interior is on a high level. The owner Massimo has taste and and eye for details. Even after days you find some nice decoration elements or your eye stops on interesting film posters. The studio has a high standard of technical equipment (sound system) and is fully fitted with things which you need for your stay. Next to the apartment there is a huge pool with a restaurant and mini market – every night there is a program with music for kids and adults. For this apartment you should come by car (rent a car at olbia) and explore the beaches as much as possible. I suggest to go to the beaches next to porto cervo (for example Capriccioli) or in the near of Rotonto (Marinella) or to my alltime fave: Cala Brandinchi. To summerize: If you book this apartment, you make everything right for your sardinia trip! :) We will be back and thanks to Massimo for that nice contact :) Warm regards, Eva

Il gioiello della costa smeralda

Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati una settimana nell'appartamento Asta e che dire: Fantastico, sinceramente più di quanto ci aspettassimo! Il monolocale si trova a cugnana verde, a 10/15 km dal porto di golfo aranci e Olbia ed è immerso nel verde di un grande villaggio compreso di 3 piscine, campi da tennis, edicola, tabacchi e minimarket. Frequento da molti anni la Sardegna e posso dire che l'appartamento si trova in una zona strategica della costa smeralda, a 10 minuti dalla bellissima porto cervo, poltu quatu e baia sardinia e a 10 minuti da porto rotondo, con le bellissime spiagge che gli appartengono. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto, funzionale e non manca davvero nulla! La veranda è una zona che abbiamo utilizzato tantissimo, compresa di tavolo per colazioni, aperitivi e cene vista mare, divanetti bianchi, stendini per costumi/teli mare e doccia esterna. La cucina dispone di qualsiasi attrezzo di cui una donna ha bisogno per esprimere al meglio il suo Masterchef ( più fornito di casa mia!) Anche il bagno è una vera chicca, piccolino ma perfetto: dispone di doccia larga, piano top in legno dove poter appoggiar il beauty, asciugamani puliti e lavatrice. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare massimo il proprietario dell'appartamento che stava arrivando proprio quando la nostra vacanza era giunta a termine, ma siamo stati accolti al nostro arrivo da Daniela (housekeeper) che in qualsiasi momento è stata disponibile ad aiutarci e ci ha fatto trovar l'appartamento pulitissimo. Massimo è stato gentilissimo, pronto ed esaustivo nella risposte sin dal primo momento. Torneremo sicuramente in questo gioiellino immerso nella spettacolare costa smeralda.

Bel monolocale funzionale e arredato con gusto

Appena rientrati dalla settimana di ferragosto. Il monolocale e proprio come appare dalle foto , arredamento moderno, funzionale. La posizione all'interno della struttura di Cugnana Verde e' felice, in alto e a lato del complesso e nonostante fossimo nel momento del massimo afflusso di Agosto siamo stati tranquilli. Il Balcone permette di mangiare comodi con vista sul mare 😄. La doccia funziona bene , cosa basilare IMO. Da Cugnana si raggiungono facilmente tutte le spiaggie della costa smeralda max 20 minuti per le spiagge intorno a Porto Rotondo . Il mare e il tempo quello che mi aspettavo dalla Sardegna 😀😀
