The apartment is located inside the tourist village Ginepro directly on the Gulf of Marinella, just 15 minutes from Olbia (port and airport) to which it is connected by bus.
The apartment has a large living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom, equipped with air conditioning summer/ winter.
Pastel colors and the scent of wood prevail in every corner of the house.
The furniture, modern and minimalist, is predominantly white and enriched by inserts in soft colors typically summer.
The living room, with open kitchen, is equipped with double sofa bed and smart TV.
From the living area there is access to a large covered veranda with masonry benches where you can dine in absolute privacy.
The kitchen is equipped with induction plates, refrigerator, dishwasher or any necessary utensils.
The main room, with double independent entrance, is equipped with a double bed and an additional single bed.
