Just outside the property, a short 100-meter walk along the road leads to a small beach, while the sandy beach of Mare e Rocce is only 400 meters away. WLoft 11 can accommodate up to 4 guests and is located on the first floor of the residence. The interior opens onto a bright living area with a chaise longue sofa, TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A large sliding glass door leads to the furnished veranda with table and chairs — perfect for outdoor dining with a view over the garden and the sea. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, plus a second bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms feature spacious wardrobes and are air-conditioned. A private parking space inside the gated property completes the accommodation.

WLofts is located in a quiet residential area of detached villas and holiday homes, close to all essential services — the perfect choice for a beach holiday in Sardinia even without a car. The nearest small beach is only 100 meters away, while Mare e Rocce and Lo Squalo beaches are about 400 meters from the property. Olbia’s historic center is approximately 15 minutes away (8 km). The nearest supermarket is a 4-minute drive, and within the same distance you’ll find Bar-Restaurant Costa Sarda, a tobacco shop, and a pharmacy. The nearest bus stop (“Lo Squalo” – line 4) is just 750 meters away. Many seafront restaurants and beach bars are nearby, such as Trattoria Rossi, Chiringuito Bados, and Ristorante Lo Squalo. Within a short drive, you can reach the beaches of Golfo Aranci, Porto Rotondo, and Marinella.
