Newly updated single family home is truly a home away from home. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath home is located on a dead end street with plenty of greenery allowing a beautiful and relaxing view on a nice summer day. With the house being only a 4 minute ride to the beach and pier you are close enough to everything OOB has to offer while getting enough seclusion to enjoy a quiet evening at home. This home has 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and a wall mounted flat screen Tv for your enjoyment. The living room has 2 large couches that transfer into full size beds allowing for more sleeping space. The living room is open to the kitchen allowing for seamless entertaining. Step out into the deck off the kitchen which backs to the trees for a serene and relaxing night outdoors. Outdoor space has a few seating areas for outdoor dining and relaxation, relax by the fire pit. Off street parking for 4 vehicles.

The house was very clean and most of the promised amenities were available. The sofa beds however did not come with bedding. So my son after driving four and a half hours from New York had to find an open store at nine o’clock in the evening to buy sheets and a bed pillow. The closets were great but there was not a single hanger in the house. I would also suggest you tell your guests about all the stairs. My husband and I are in our seventies, if we knew there were so many steep stairs we would not have rented this house.

Old Orchard Beach

Property is great for a large family not far from the Old Orchard Beach on a quiet street. The property is well equipped and has generally everything you need for a fun beach vacation. However will need to bring bath towels and extra bedding for pull out sofa as these are not provided.

The home was very clean and spacious. Loved that there were two coffee makers for pods and pots. Not many coffee mugs available, had to wash daily for the next morning. There weren't any towels provided for the kitchen or bathroom, had to use our beach towels. The bed pillows were minimal and no extra linens were available for using the pull out couches.

July 2024 Maine vacation.

The property is located on a very quiet dead end road. Not only was the house very comfortable, but it had everything we might need or would want. The property description was 100% accurate, with nice large rooms. The property manager responded quickly to all my questions prior to arrival, I didn’t really have any questions once we checked in, as it was easy to locate whatever we needed. We would definitely vacation at this property again.

Perfect location

The whole experience was nothing shy of perfect. It was a very quiet street yet close to all the fun things to do and places to eat. Everyone was so nice thru the whole process. We would recommend this spot to anyone. Hope to be able to do it again next year.
