My son and I, totally enjoyed our 2 night stay at this motel. Very short walk to the waterfront and also the Pier. Room was exceptionally clean. Being my age I found the mattress to be not that comfortable. Still got a good night's sleep irregardless. Loved that we were able to bring our dog with us. Office staff; phenomenal!! Would highly recommend staying here. In fact we will be back again!!

453.00 thru Hotels.com. like most hotels at old orchard, the hotel is old which i understood. However, there was no soap, shampoo, dish soap. There were used kitchen scrubs to clean dishes. Curtains on windows and doors were inside out and thrown in windows. I will never use or trust Hotels.com again.

This property was unsafe no lighting around the entrance doors for entrance many dips on the pathways, leaky faucets in the bathroom floor was constantly wet, floors were unswept pill on floor cockroaches running along the wall, place refused a refund I contacted OBB code Inforcement Management owner refused to refund $483.88 Terrible place needs to be shut down pictures are false none of them are real all fake find somewhere else to go ended up sleeping in our Vehicle

Perfect little spot

I’m 6months pregnant and this place is just close enough to keep walking to the room from the beach to pee, eat, and grab anything left back at the room all day. It’s also far enough away so you don’t get all the noise from the boardwalk. The room was clean and cozy. The manager was attendant and friendly. The pool was clean and far enough back from everyone walking by to still be private. Walgreens is right across the street which is super convenient in case you forgot anything. Would def stay here again. All the amenities in the room worked great.

Do not stay here if you value your safety!! I could do a whole separate review on how filthy and tiny this place is but I would have overlooked all of that. At 650am on our first night an unknown man ented our "locked" room when only our 13 year old daughter was awake in the room. When confronting management about the issue that we no longer felt safe and wanted to leave and get a refund for the night we wouldn't be staying they at first promised to move us to another property only to reverse course, accused my child of lying called the police and kicked us out of the property once we started really complaining. Management claimed there was no video footage (which they deleted so they wouldn't be sued) and that something like this has never happened before (which later we found out was a lie). Once I delved deeper into other reviews in the past for this place it is clear there is a pattern with Beach Motel & Suites. I think it's pretty obvious when I found other travelers have complained about people coming in their room in the middle of the night and then management kicking them out for complaining. When customers complain about anything they kick them out early and pocket the nonrefundable cost of the rest of your trip, so it's a scam. My daughter is now traumatized and we were treated like criminals with no care about the safety concern for other guests. Do your research and find another place. Never again!!

If this was a cruel joke, it may of been funny.. unfortunately it wasnt. This has to of been the worst room I have ever seen. Staff was beyond friendly, probably because they're expecting shocked and pissed off people once checked in.

Yikes please be warned U get what U pay for

Parking across the street was not well marked and not knowing about that I couldn’t figure out where to park! Once checked in I wasn’t given a key to my room! (I didn’t notice because I was exhausted.) Tiny room had OVERWHELMING fake odor covering smell, I wanted to gag. I had to plug in the TV and it was VERY confusing how to start watching something! They should let guests know this! TV streaming kept pausing and there are no good streaming services like Netflix-you have to watch commercials and they repeat every time the stream is interrupted. I also had to plug in the microwave and coffee maker which wouldn’t fit in the socket so I had to move it.
