A couple of positives, the location was great for what we needed, and the king beds & pillows were comfortable. The negatives ... the place was very dirty! Hair was all over the bathroom floor and on the comforter. There were food crumbs on the floor in the kitchen. The place needed a deep clean - ick. Also, there are two bedrooms, but only one of them had a window AC. It is August in Maine and in the 90s, so the second guest barely slept in the heat. Weird, new duplex with window super cheap window units that could barely keep up. Upon arrival we struggled to connect to the wifi and I called left a message and texted and did not receive a response the entire stay. If you value cleanliness, this place is not for you. It is a duplex.The kitchens have very little to cook meals in the unit. In fact the renter next door had to borrow one of our pots for their lobster bake.

Stayed here while we checked out schools for our Daughter. What a great place to call home for a few days. Host is excellent at communicating and the place was quiet, clean and in a good location. Beds were comfortable and we had no issues! Would definitely stay here again.
