Una Palace Hotel, Catania is superb. Wonderful staff at the desk and Allessio and Alexandro in the roof top restaurantand bar, helpful and first rate! A great weekend stay. The food is sublime.My 4th visit this year.

From the moment I arrived at Palazzo SanGeorgio I knew I was in for something special. The property reflects impeccable taste and thoughtful design. The elegant modern interiors create an atmosphere that strikes a perfect balance between luxury and comfort, making you feel instantly at home. What truly sets this hotel apart however, is its exceptional staff. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to ensure our stay was enjoyable. From seamless check-in to helpful local recommendations, their attentiveness and kindness made every moment of our stay feel personal and memorable. The breakfast spread was nothing short of sumptuous, featuring everything from artisanal pastries created on site and fresh seasonal fruits. The presentation was exquisite, and the flavors were as delightful as the service. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, five in the past ten days, in three different countries, however this hotel exceeded my expectations. I asked the front desk to store our luggage while we explored the city and they were happy to help. Friendly and helpful service at check-in. The location is right next to a beautiful and large park in central Catania and we felt safe coming & going. We stayed one night on our way back to the airport and it was easy to get pickup and drop off.

Lovely hotel with excellent, friendly & helpful staff. Good breakfast with tea/coffee available on request during the day. Easy walking distance to the central areas, tourist attractions, restaurants etc. 10min walk from the metro.

The living quarters were loft style which is a favorite for me. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very cute and well organized with many gadgets for the stay. The hotel is central to restaurants and historic buildings and sites. Transportation is convenient and you can find tours and markets that are accessible by just a short walk.
