Spanish Experience, Villa & Pool
Villa Barcelona is a very modern villa with everything you need, with the ground floor and flat garden leading to the pool with amazing mountain views.
Conveniently situated 12km drive from the coastal resort of Sitges and only 35 minutes drive from Barcelona. You have full private use of the villa, pool and gardens.
There is a private swimming pool and BBQ, sun loungers and terrace lounge area. The villa is located amongst vineyards in the heart of the Penedes region of Catalonia famous for its wine and cava production. The mountain scenery is a perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday or offering many activities such as cycling, hiking, horse riding, site seeing and wine tasting.
The villa is only 12km away from the 17 beaches of Sitges and its buzzing nightlife. Monserrat is approx 30 minutes and Portaventura also approx 45 minutes.
The garden and pool has had its yearly maintenance and we have changed the water of the pool for extra saftey. This year due to water shortage and water bans we have installed artificial grass and taken a lot of the water drinking plants out, to keep it to low water usage and maintenance. We are going green with full rubbish recycle program in place, by the end of the year we will also produce enough electricity to not need to buy any of the national grid, so the house will be self sufficient. Every year we try to keep this villa up to standard and we reinvest in the property 20% of the rental income so that our guests enjoy the villa and we still have great family home even though there are over 100 guests per year. This year as I believe in enjoying your holiday to the full and recharging your batteries, I have changed all beds in the villa which were 10 years old. I have gone for a super king size in the front main bedroom and a king in the double back bedroom, these 2 beds are Tempur which most will know are one of the highest quality beds you can buy. The single beds are Simba which is at the heals of Tempur in quality. I can now guarantee you will sleep well on your holiday.
We will also be offering a small welcome pack for all our guests which we have not done so far but it's all about service. I am always on hand for you by phone and my team of staff who look after the villa are near by. We are here to help in any aspect of your stay at the villa; I do offer 24hr support if and when needed by any guest.
