The Villa Barcelona is a dream house. It is located on the Costa Blanca between Valencia and Alicante in the luxurious Oliva Nova resort. The villa is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a top location (quiet & central) directly on the 1st line to the golf course. You can reach one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain with fine white sand, the golf course, paddle places, excellent restaurants, etc., as well as the international riding facility within a few minutes on foot. The nearly 800 sqm plot has its own private parking and a heated pool (8 x 4m). The luxuriously equipped villa with 313 sqm of living space offers everything for your dream vacation. Built in 2011 according to the highest residential quality standards, the villa was renovated in 2025 after a change of ownership and further improved visually and technically. The exclusive villa has a high living comfort in new building quality, which is extraordinary for rental properties! The four master bedrooms, three of which have luxury en-suite bathrooms, a fourth bathroom, as well as the guest toilet, the spacious open living area with columns, large dining area, and open luxury kitchen are outstanding. All bedrooms and the living area have their own access to the large terraces on the ground floor and 1st floor with a fantastic view of the golf course and the mountain backdrop on the horizon.
