German roaches in the bed. No follow up from the management. No record of our calling and reporting the infestation to management. No report from housekeeping about the incident. It must be a common occurrence for the staff to act so nonchalant.

The staff in the deli were delightful. When my wife and I got our signals crossed, Nicole stepped out and told me where she was waiting for me. The food there in the offerings were also great.

I didn’t like they didn’t clean the rooms everyday. They only clean it when you leave. They will make the beds and resupply towels and what not. Just not clean. Tv don’t work which affected the phone. Just disappointed expected more
