Welcome to this Absolutely stunning Little Italy Beauty, just minutes from downtown and Old Market, Lauritzen Gardens, Henry Doorly Zoo and interstate.
An easy house for travelers or small families.

The house is for travelers or small families who need a place to stay during their trip or visit. It's a simple house. We will try to accommodate your needs as much as possible, however, please communicate with us before your arrival.

Please consult host if you plan to have any visitors during your stay. We just need their names for insurance purpose. Thank you for your understanding.

Official IDs are required at the check in through email, chat box or text for all adults. The person who’s booking this trip must be present at the Property on the check in day, must be over 18 years old.

The space
The guests have the back entrance of the house for entry and will be assigned a smart key code. private parking in the back of the house as well.

Each bedroom has a queen size bed, two people per bed and we have another couch that can be used for another person. which add up to maximum occupancy of 5.
Guest access
Private Parking next to the shed right behind the house. you will have to drive to back alley located right behind the house for private parking.

You have access to two bedrooms and one bathroom, Kitchen and living room (only guests on Airbnb).

Storage room, basement, Shed and attic are not open to the guests. There will be Off-limits signs on the door.

While the housekeeper does their best to maintain the home on occasion there may be dust, dirt, or other housekeeping mishap that will not result in a refund of stay or cleaning fee. Please talk to us in the chat immediately, so we could make it better for next guest. Thank you for the help.

We have a team of on-site security staffs that can be at the house within 10 mins for any violations of party and occupancy limit.

In addition, we have security cameras (location: back porch, basement, front porch, and storage room), some areas are off limits to guests and have signs on the door in the house and Noise monitoring device for the safety of our community.

In any emergencies, trespassing or any safety concerns, we will consider calling police.
