I should have read the reviews before booking!! There was no person at the front desk, just a kiosk with a person basically in Skype! The towels were stained, broken appliances, noisy! Breakfast was non existent except for cereal even the coffee pots were switched off. I’m starting to feel any hotel or motel owned by “Wyndham” are bad, the first experience was in Sturbridge MA.. save your money and time book somewhere else!

The coffee machine in the dining area dispensed brown water, not coffee. The breakfast was generic bread, bagels, and muffins. The maids wouldnt touch my room unless requested. Thecommon ateas wete just filthy.

I ha e a service dog. I was not allowed to stay close to my 84 year old Mom because I have a service dog and she needed a handicap room. I went into her room to help her and had my dog with me and was yelled at in front of other customers and told to get out of my Mom.'s room. When I left the room, the manager followed me down the hall yelling at me.

Rude Hotel Attendant

While eating in the breakfast are we and 4 other guests were talking. All of us were in different groups and did not know each other. After laughing the hotel attendant came and asked us to be quiet, because another guests were sleeping. We were taken aback, because we weren't be being loud and felt this is the spot for socializing. Also when breakfast was over, the hotel attendant turned off the lights on guests that were still in the area, but told them they could continue to eat.

Not a very appealing place to stay

The room was clean, but I have been staying at this hotel for many years and the condition of the hotel, and specially my room, is the worst that I have seen. I have seen this place go downhill on each of my visits. The staff is very unfriendly (maybe it is a culture difference). In my room, the drape rod was hanging loose at one end, baseboards were unpainted, bugs were in the ceiling light fixtures, a pair of old socks was under the desk, and more. Doesn't the staff or owners take any pride in their ownership? I probably won't be staying there any more after 20 years or so to visit my sister in Bellevue.

U-Haul haven.

The room was very nice and clean, but the hallways could have used some extra attention. This hotel is also a U-haul rental place, so good luck getting a parking spot anywhere near the front door. All the parking spots were filled with U- haul trucks and trailers. We didn’t have any issues with the room, other than it didn’t have a hairdryer.
