Hi team, we could see you're busy updating things. We were disappointed to find out everything was running at half mast AFTER the booking was paid for and finalised (through Expedia site).
There were a couple of things in our room that were the reason for our scores. There was a tissue on the floor behind the barhroom door and the ranchslider couldn't lick properly.
We had run away for a break from the farm (important to us - and probably many others you might not be aware of) ... although the kai was yum, it was stink we didn't jnow beforehand (as mentioned above) that the selection would be so limited. The Cafe across the road you recommended at checkin and in your confirmation email was pretty average, with hardly any options yesterday arvo (to the pount we didn't even consider it for breakfast this morning).
Also, just for your advantage, i was ready to work through the lust of cocktails last night, and although your bar man was lovely and friendly, even they were average - watery as.
Im sorry to be harsh, but we were left feeling really dissapointed.
