Step outside to discover your private infinity swimming pool (7.5m x 3m), complete with heating and hydromassage features and an advanced electrolysis non-chlor filtering system. Unwind in the inviting hot tub or soak up the sun on the spacious sun deck, which is furnished with six sun loungers, sun umbrellas, an outdoor shower and a lounge area for relaxation. Enjoy al fresco dining at the outdoor dining area, equipped with a barbecue (wood/charcoal), all while taking in the spectacular and panoramic sea and island views.Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. - **Bedroom No. 3 (East)**: King-size bed (which can separate into two single beds, 90cm x 200cm), TV, air-conditioning, and views of both the mountains and the sea. A shared family bathroom with a shower is also available on this floor.

**Fun Zone:**
Descend to the lower ground floor via an outdoor staircase to find an air-conditioned fun zone. This space features another kitchen (with a fridge, wine cooler, ice maker, 2-ring electric hob, and dishwasher) and a dining table. Relax on the comfortable sofa, which can convert into a larger sofa bed (190cm x 240cm), or enjoy entertainment on the large flat-screen TV with PlayStation 5. The fun zone also boasts a table soccer area and a designated children's corner with a tent and toys.
