You will enjoy a new contemporary villa of 125m² in 2017 offering a plot of 500m². It is located in the city center, in a quiet area with direct access to the cycle paths. It includes 3 bedrooms including a master suite with private bathroom (1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, 2 bedrooms with 140 x 190 beds), a very bright living room facing south opening onto a large wooden terrace, a dining room, fitted kitchen with built-in elements: fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, separate bathroom and 2 separate toilets with washbasin and windows. Flat screen TV, 140 cm, dining table for 8 to 10 people, central island with 3 high stools, ideal for your breakfasts! Crockery and utensils are at your disposal. Outdoor electric blind to protect you from the sun and enjoy the large terrace.
Ideally located 10 minutes from Bayonne, 20 minutes from Biarritz, 10 minutes from Capbreton and Hossegor, 25 minutes from Spain.
Compliant smoke detectors.
We provide you with all bed and household linen (tea towels and hand towels). Beach towels are your responsibility.
Free shuttle from the house to the beach, the equestrian center and some restaurants.
We can be reached by email or during the week in the evening from 7:30 p.m. The deposit is equal to the amount of your rental week and is not cashed.
