Compare Ski Hotels in Oneonta

The hotel is the cleanest I have been to. The staff at the front desk, a young woman in the morning, is very friendly, polite and considerate. I was in the area for work and I asked for a late checkout. My family checked out for me and the hotel allowed my older parents to stay in the lobby. The cleaning staff does an amazing job.

The decor is a little dated but clean. I like the fact that they use refillable shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion products.

Bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was solid.

Property was excellent. Hotel a little run down. Elevator had a musty smell. Room was dusty.

Room was very clean, washer worked pretty good, dryer had to do 2 loads for the clothes was good too

We were just disappointed that the Bistro was closed on Saturday.
