One unit is located on the first floor and consists of a living room, 1 double bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. This unit has a separate entrance and is not connected to the other part of the house from the inside. The other unit is spread over 2 floors. Part of it is also on the first floor, consisting of a living room, a kitchen and a small guest toilet. An internal staircase leads you to the 1st floor, where the 3 remaining bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located. Due to the great location of the villa, you can enjoy the enchanting sea view from all terraces as well as from the beautiful pool. Ideal for families who can enjoy some privacy, as well as outdoor dining together on the covered terrace next to the pool while enjoying the beautiful Adriatic Sea.
