The accommodation is air-conditioned in all the rooms and the living room has a flatscreen TV and an open, fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space. A safe and a washing machine are also available, along with free wireless Internet access.
Local buses stop about 100 metres away, with connections into the centre of Opatija. The bus station is 2km away and the boat harbour is 10km away. It is about 40km to Rijeka airport.
There is a restaurant with fish specialities just 400 metres from the accommodation and a grocery shop 900 metres away. It is about 1.4km to a market with fresh groceries and 1.5km to sports and wellness facilities, as well as a travel agency and car hire services.
