This beautiful villa in its 490 m2 can ideally accommodate 12 people in 7 beautiful bedrooms. The villa consists of a total of 4 luxuriously equipped apartments, each on its own floor. Apartment-1 (Deluxe Romantic Apartment) offers one bedroom and one rain shower bathroom while spacious Apartment-2 (Luxurious Artistic Designer Apartment) offers 2 bedrooms and is equipped with two beautifully decorated bathrooms. Its living area perfectly blends with a terrace and designer luxury hot tub pool (90cm deep). The third and largest apartment (Contemporary Penthouse) offers 3 bedrooms, it has 2 luxuriously equipped bathrooms with emotion showers and an additional WC. The last fourth apartment of this beautiful villa (Contemporary Cosy Apartment) is a Bungalow with a secluded garden terrace, a separate living room with kitchen, one bedroom and one ensuite bathroom. You will be delighted by the perfectly blended beautiful overflow pool, 3,5x10 m wide and 140 cm at the deep end (heated upon request). The second overflow pool (10 m2) is equipped with geysers, 2 waterfalls, 4 massage positions and surrounded and 3 level filtration/disinfection system (heated). At the disposal of our guests is also the amazing Sundance Spa Hot tub (series 880 Marin), outdoor coal grill, and a dining table, ideal for evening gatherings with a glass of fine wine. The villa is completely enclosed and provides intimacy for our guests. Also, guests can use 4 parking spaces inside the yard and can park as many needed just outside the yard.



The town of Ika used to be a heaven for the Austro-Hungarian elite, while nowadays it is more adorned with new and modern villas and one of the most luxurious hotels in Croatia. You can try out locally various sports activities such as swimming, diving, or fishing, all the way to cycling, walking, or hiking. The hosts of the villa can provide you with an extensive list of best taverns and restaurants in the area or organise a private chef to prepare local delicacies within the privacy of the villa. This fishing town is proud of its centuries-old tradition of shipbuilding and fishing and is a student centre for hotel and tourism management. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
