This lovely property that sleeps 10 guests, is located in a lovely residential gated domain close to the charming traditional French villages of Valbonne and Opio.

The Villa has a spacious open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area on the ground floor opening out onto the garden and pool area with ample exterior seating and dining perfect for warm summer evenings.
On the ground floor and entrance level, there is an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with 4 bedrooms on this level. One of these ground floor bedrooms has direct access to the garden. There is a further master bedroom and ensuite on the upper mezzanine floor with access from this bedroom to the garden, with steps leading down to the dining area outside. The villa is filled with beautiful textiles and artwork that reflect the lovely area of the French Riviera perfectly. There is also a tennis court within the domain available at no extra cost for guest use as well as the Opio golf club opposite. The villa has sea views from the garden terraces and is very private, perfect for a holiday with friends or family.

Unbelievably lovely home

This place is amazing - the pictures don't do it justice. It's wonderfully equipped with beautiful things. There's a huge TV with Sky Sports; the pool is a proper pool - a 2 metre deep end with steps in the shallow end; the BBQ and outdoor seating areas are stunning; the beds are super comfortable; the bathrooms are modern. The views are breathtaking - it's peaceful and hidden from the neighbours. Ela and her team who managed the property are incredibly nice and helpful - and immediately respond to any queries or requests. They have been fantastic. 2 minor things to be aware of - the municipal bin collection is limited. We were a party of 8 and struggled with bin space. There are 4 beautiful double bedrooms and one bedroom with 4 bunks for children, but this room is very small indeed and a little bit dark so may not be ideal for longer stays with a group of smaller kids. Otherwise, couldn't have been more perfect. I'll be begging to go again.
