Security Cameras located throughout the property and Ring Cameras located at the front and rear doors of condo.
NO CAMERAS ARE LOCATED INSIDE THE CONDO. Any blocking/disabling of cameras or router will result in immediate eviction, trespassed from property and loss of all monies paid.
Security guards are onsite from 0800-2200

Absolutely no sub-letting or 3rd party booking. Primary renter must be onsite for the duration of stay.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. It was a nice, short walk to the beach. The property manager was extremely nice as well as the host. Cindy was quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was roomy, well maintained and just minutes from a lot of attractions, restaurants, and grocery stores. We would recommend staying here and would definitely book again.

Unit is in a nice neighborhood. It is dated and could use some updates but still a nice condo. The construction was a bit of a headache and messy. However the owner did notify us in advance so we were not shocked. Family had fun either way.

We had a great stay. Cindy was really prompt messaging leading up to the date of check in and after. Everything was really convenient and easy to figure out on property. Super clean, quick walk to the beach, rental chairs & umbrellas are out front of the resort, and the multiple pools was nice. Killer place to vacation.

For first timers, please provide clear instructions on how to lock/unlock the two sets of locks as well as if checking in after 5pm, the Guard is not on duty so therefore expect a note on your vehicle to visit him/her - The sheets on the King-sized beds were stained and we had to wash them the first night, a few blankets had holes in them. The listing indicated beach front, that description was not completely accurate, although I do understand the logistics of fitting so many buildings, etc., into having "waterfront" access. There were dirty utensils in the drawer, so I left that in the dishwasher. Also, on July 2, the code did not work and the housekeeper was there to clean although we were not checking out until July 3. She had to let us in w/her code. Although minor, these are just some things to add to the "things to know" communication. Thank you!!

Cozy Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo is a bit older compared to what’s around it but it has updates throughout. We felt like it was good a good value considering what neighboring condos were priced at. The decor really sets the mood for a beach vacation as well. It is a bottom floor condo in the tennis villas. It’s just a few feet from the tennis courts and the indoor pool but is not part of the bigger building that is Oceanside. With that being said, it is literally a 2 min walk to the beach with private beach access. There also 2 outdoor pools that are roughly a minutes walk away and several charcoal grills right down the sidewalk. We actually really enjoyed the location. Overall, we would 100% recommend staying here and if we ever come back to Orange Beach, this is where we will stay!

Location is perfect to be on beach at a fair & reasonable price. We experienced nearly two days of heavy rain and the parking lot floor with nearly 2 feet of water, but Amazingly did not get into the ground floor condo. This condo complex is old and shows its age, but location is excellent. Condo unit smelled & had odor, ran air conditioning eventually got better Owner was excellent & hospitality made up for odor Would recommend but it’s an older complex so bear in mind that it’s not luxury at all but basic and convenient

We recently stayed at "Endless Memories" in Orange Beach, AL, and had a wonderful experience. The condo was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and exuded a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Loved staying on bottom floor

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is not beach front and is actually two buildings back from it. The pictures are kind of deceiving. It’s not a long walk luckily. The toilet in the master bathroom wasn’t flushing properly and I did let the owner know. Nothing was done about it but we just made it work. Also the shower liner had mold on it which I also let the owner know and there was a lot of dead bugs we discovered behind the couch when I was double checking we had got everything. I also let the owner know about that. She said she would let the cleaning lady know. Over all we had a good time. Probably won’t be booking this particular unit again.

Spring Break Getaway

I enjoyed this vacation with my mom and two daughters; a girls trip! The location was great with only a couple minute walk to the beach. The resort is close to shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and hanging out around the resort. Cindy did a great job with communicating before and during our trip. She made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. And the sleeping arrangements were perfect for us. My kids enjoyed playing the games available in the condo. Overall it was a great week away relaxing!
