The living area is a blend of comfort and style, featuring a massive 59-inch flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The Primary suite is a sanctuary of relaxation, boasting a King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite Primary bath adds a touch of luxury with its dual vanities, a rejuvenating garden tub, and a separate walk-in shower.

The property was excellent. Nice having 2 1/2 bathrooms. The distance to the beach was the perfect distance/walk. Balcony was so perfect. Loved the patio furniture and the view. The ice maker at the wet bar was so appreciated!!. The only thing missing was a screen door on the living room sliding door. Beautiful place. Would definitely return!

Condo overall was absolutely wonderful EXCEPT the primary bed was awful. One side was visibly sagging. I wouldnt stay again unless it was replaced. Balcony needs a good scrubbing. Beautiful views and great condo.

Fantastic Property

Our first time staying at this property and it exceeded our expectations. From the booking to the check in/out, this was the easiest transaction I have ever had. Comfortable unit

We always enjoy our annual trip to Orange Beach. This was no exception, but it was our first stay at Regency Isle. The unit was comfortable, everything in working order, and nicely decorated. We were disappointed by the dirty floor. It looked clean but within hours of our arrival, walking barefoot in the unit, our feet were black. Looked for a mop, but found there was no mop, no bucket and no broom. Instead, there was a squeegee on a pole and a scrub brush on a pole. Had we encountered any small mishap, there was nothing to clean up with. A laundry hamper would have been useful too. The pool area and BBQ area very nice. Loved all the grassy area. Housekeeping could be better and the few missing items mentioned above. Enjoyed every minute. Forgot to mention balcony. It was huge.

Overall, pretty condo, larger than I rented before. Good location. Cleaning crew could use more discretion in making sure everything is clean. Kitchen towels lacking and bath tissue only in two bathrooms. Second bedroom had sand in the bed. If this seems picky it is because I am a retired private domestic house keeper.

Awesome place and awesome location!

We lucked out and were able to book this for a last minute vacation with the family. Very clean. The location is awesome (about a half mile from the Flora-Bama) and 2 miles from the bridge and Publix. The only issue we had was the coffee pot stopped working on the 2nd day - but after I sent an email, a new coffee pot was delivered in about 90 minutes (and on a Sunday). I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time during our recent trip to Orange Beach. The location of this condo is amazing and has a beautiful view of the ocean. It's located within less than a mile of Flora Bama which has some really good food at very reasonable prices. We will definitely be staying here again!

We've been staying at the regency Isle condo for the last four summer vacation in different unit with different property Management. This year we chose liquid life. Everything was wonderful plus the checkout time is an hour later than the other company. Will definitely choose liquid life again next summer!

Spring Break 2021

This unit was very nice and clean. Everything was as advertised. We had a few small issues that were no fault of Liquid Life. They answered the phone quickly and addressed the situations quickly and nicely. I would definitely book this condo again.
