This 2nd floor nicely furnished unit is perfect for a family . There are flat screen TV's in the living room as well as both bedroom. You are sure to enjoy the fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. You will enjoy the view from the balconies just off of the living room as well as the master bedroom. While there are 3 elevators in the complex this 2nd floor unit is easily accessed by the stairs. There are 2 ocean front pools, an indoor pool, tennis courts, fitness room and 2 nice grilling areas. Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just five miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities nearby, Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away. This unit has a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in guest room and a pull out sofa bed in the living room.

Amazing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was accurately shown in pictures. The resort was in a great location with the Wal-Mart, Publix, and Dollar General very close by. The unit was updated and the location was perfect. Short walk to the beach and the 2nd story overlooks the pool. Couple of things to note: the check-in location is different from the condo location, it does have in unit laundry, the coffee pot is Keurig, so you’ll need k-cups. Also, here is a pullout couch. There were 2 chairs and a couple of floats when we were there, but no toys. You will need to bring your own beach towels. You’ll also need to bring/buy spices as the kitchen did not have any (none of these were deal breakers, just good to know before coming). We loved the unit and will definitely look into staying again.

Very nice condo with a great location!

I would give this condo a 4.5 out of 5. It was very clean, 2nd floor location was great, amazing view of the pool and Gulf, close to activities, grocery stores, ice cream, restaurants and shopping! It was nice that the place has security and closed the pool at 10pm for "quiet hours". It had all the kitchen things we needed. The condo was very over decorated with breakable things and we had to take some things down to make room for our food etc or not break something. If you have small kids beware of this. We hung a towel over the front window decoration to give us some privacy as it has no shade that covers the whole window. Everyone who walks by can look in. Oven and stove top took a little bit to warn up, but the fridge was great and ice maker always had plenty of ice! The water pressure in the showers was amazing and the master bed was pretty comfortable for a rental place. The slider door was really hard to open and close, even as an adult (rental company was made aware of this). We just went in and out of the master balcony door. We would defiantly come back, very nice condo!

Wonder View of the Beach

Great view of beach and pool (not heated)!! Restaurants, kid activities, and stores both souvenir and grocery with in walking (across main road). Condo had everything we needed, was clean, a ton of spots to sit inside or outside and an excellent view of the beach (saw dolphins from balcony. Could rent chairs for beach if needed however condo also had some.

Not family friendly

While the property was beautiful, the condo was not family friendly. The condo is way too cluttered with to much glass stuff. Less furniture, shelves, glass stuff would make the condo so much more comfortable. The rug in the living room is so dirty that when our kids sat on the floor, their legs would be black. The kitchen counter has so many decorative items, there’s not much room to prepare meals. Less is definitely more in this case. We had to call the property manager, for a stopped up stool. Murray showed up in a very timely manner and got it fixed very quickly. What a great guy! The condo complex itself was very nice. Beautiful views. Would stay on this complex again.

We liked the access to pool and beach. Unit needs to be updated. Dishwasher did not work. Washer and dryer were subpar. Spin cycle on washer didn’t work accurately. Dryer: Clothes needed to go through the dry cycle 2 times before they were dry.

Wonderful family spot.

Beautiful spot. We were very impressed the way that they ensured a beach view from every room. Short walk to the beach, beautiful large pool, pretty well stocked kitchen. Bed in the master could use replacing (broken box spring) but we fully intend on booking again. The phrase, "best beach trip we've had" has been used.

Great Stay Overall!

The property was very nice, super clean and “as described” in the listing. Check-in was a breeze and we had no problems at all during our stay. There was a bit of construction noise during our stay but that’s to be expected this time of year. Overall it was a great experience and we will look at this property again for our next stay!

This condo is in a great location, just a few steps and you’re right on the beach. The indoor heated pool was nice, they also have two outdoor pools. The condo is as described, two bed, two bathrooms. Overall I was happy with the condo. The inside of the condo definitely needs some love. The furniture needs to be replaced, definitely wasn’t meant for large people. The curtain rod in the living room over the sliding glass doors was broken so the curtains had to hang in the center. I did report it to the rental company and they offered to send maintenance or we could wait until after we checked out. We chose to wait until we checked out. The laminate on the dining room chairs was peeling off and one chair was actually broken. The whole condo needs to be cleaned better. There’s dust on the headboard in the master bedroom in the crevices at the bottom where the mattress meets the frame. The mattress needs replaced. The rug on the floor in the living room was filthy and needs to be cleaned or tossed. They asked that you keep the condo clean during your visit but the vacuum cleaner didn’t work so we requested a new one from the rental office which by the way is located at another property. We were given a new vacuum cleaner still in the box which worked great.

Recent Stay

It was very clean, although dated -but all in working order. I was there with my cousin and would love to return for a longer stay with my husband. Unfortunately, that is not likely because my husband will not travel without our 10 yr old dog and the property is not pet friendly. It should be as there are apparently individual condo owners who do have pets. There is nothing that our dog could/would do that couldn't be corrected with a pet deposit as other pet friendly rentals have employed. I understand not all pet owners are responsible but that makes it harder for those of us who are! I understand that August & September are the "rainy season" months so that doesn't bother us because we like to watch the storms roll in & out. Please consider if it is harder during this time to find renters, it might be inviting to older couples as my husband & myself if we could bring our 13lb. fur baby with us.

Confusing to get checked in. Where it was located. Had to figure out which building and room number. It was not what I'm used to. Condo was nice clean. No extra trash bags or toilet paper. Buy extra. Good location. Friendly office staff.

Spring Break Getaway

My husband daughter, her friend and I stayed in Orange Beach for the first time, March 2022 for Spring Break. We had a great week. Temps were in the high 60s/low 70s. Ocean water and pool were a little chilly. We chose this unit for the complex’s indoor pool, which we never ended up using. This is an older complex, and grounds are well maintained. Pros: The unit is on the second floor and right off the main pool. Being on the second floor meant we could avoid elevator lines and just use the stairs. The unit also had a lovely view of the pool and beach. The balcony was large with a table and 4 chairs and an additional 2 chairs and table. We loved the location on the beach. There is a board walk access to the beach from the property with 10 or so steps on one side and a ramp on the other, so easy access. Alabama Point was 10 minutes by car and Gulf Shores state park was 10 minutes the other direction. Both have great beaches and were not crowded. Publix was 5 minutes from the unit and Walmart was closer. There are lots of restaurants to choose from. The complex has security at the entrance which made us feel comfortable running out to the car at night. The unit itself was perfect for the week. It has a well stocked kitchen. Showers had great water pressure. There was plenty of seating in the living area. Cons: The unit decor is a little dated and the furniture could use a clean. The complex itself is older, but is well maintained. Overall, we would happily stay in the unit again and enjoy a great week at the beach.

Great Family Getaway

After reading some of the previous reviews I was pleasantly surprised to find a gem. My family loved the view and the location. The condo was spacious and clean with a beachy vibe. Management was very helpful and kind prior to arrival and we had no issues while there. Check out was easy. We would definitely stay again.

Condo location was great we had a great view of the pool and beach, the indoor pool was a bonus on a rainy day for the kids. The property was clean and the condo had a nice layout but I would fire the cleaning crew they do an awful job of cleaning the condo it’s self. But we had a wonderful time!

OBA getaway
