With breathtaking views and an abundance of outdoor and indoor activities, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The spacious home features 16 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 24 guests.

Inside, entertainment options abound. The game room comes complete with a kitchen, wet bar, shuffle board table, air hockey, and foosball table. The main living area exudes a sophisticated clubhouse vibe with its vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a massive TV above the fireplace. The open floor plan encourages a sense of togetherness, allowing conversations to flow seamlessly throughout the space.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar, perfect for cooking up delicious meals. Enjoy these meals at the large formal dining table, where you can create cherished memories over home-cooked dinners or family game nights. The luxurious primary bedroom offers a private sanctuary with balcony access, a TV, and a lavish en suite bathroom featuring a double-sink vanity, a soaking tub, and a spacious walk-in shower. **Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
