I do like the people they are very friendly. I wish more of the housekeeping staff spoke more English but was able to communicate with them what we needed.

First time and over all Loved it. Our room was a remodeled one apparently. Super convenient and view of the ocean. Beach was so nice. Wanted a chill vacation and that’s what we did. Very clean and eco-friendly.

This us my third time staying here and always loved it but this is the first time that we encountered some not so friendly staff. Came for a special celebration, was never asked if there was any special reason we were there. Room was dusty and second night ran out of toilet paper and cleaning services did not put in a new roll. Slightly disappointed with this stay, will probably look for a new place to start 😏

I liked this hotel because two years ago when I stayed with my family we stayed here, that is why my husband wanted to go back to the same place. But This time there was a miscommunication somewheres and it was suppose to be a all inclusive package and they were treating us a little rude saying it was not. My husband lost both his parents so this was a much needed vacation. When we got to the resort they made a big deal and said we had to pay another $3150.00 for all inclusive, which now made our vacation almost over $7800.00. I am beyond upset now. By the end of the week we added up our food and drinks and we only used about $1200.00 so the Divi made money on us and lost us as travelers. We also had trouble in our room where our fan turned on automatically and a light in the middle of the night, we could not shut it off , it was very weird, we thought it was on a timer or something but it was very disturbing. So between the whole all inclusive trouble, room trouble and staff being unfriendly I think we will try another hotel, We will go back to Aruba but we will not stay at the Divi Golf.

This place runs an all inclusive scam. They will try to charge you at check in for all inclusive. Where you get a wrist band. The additional charge is $325 per person. $225 per child. Stay away from this scam. You’ve been warned. Expedia labels it all inclusive but it is not all inclusive. I’m fighting Expedia regarding this. We had to pay for everything group of 7(wife and I and 5 small children). They wanted additional $7800.00 at check in. Sincerely don’t fall for this tourist trap. Late check out $300.00 per room. Two rooms.

Newly renovated room was fine with some hickups they addressed promptly. Lack of enough palapas had visitors scambling for them very early in the morning (6:00 am).We witnessed 3 altercations for palapas in 10 days. This MUST be addressed.
