Good room should give guests a better view if hotel is more than half empty. The people who tend to the beach chairs will only give you chairs if you “tip” them they held chairs for an entire day with no one in them while we had to lay on towels. The majority of lounge huts / chairs are broken with no one fixing them or trying to. Also the drinks that you pay for at the pool are all watered down. The tv also didn’t connect took a long time and kep shutting down mid movie. Cleaning service was great. Check in process easy and welcoming. The car guys are great. The actual servers in the restaurants are okay. And the pool side servers Jenny and Camille were amazing. Good amount of access to towels and cold water at all times which is great. Very clean rooms and landscape nice nature around pools. Overall it was a good trip just seems for the amount you pay to be there no one really cares about the quality or service you are receiving.

Room was clean and spacious. Gym was well equipped. Spa was beautiful. Pools were crystal clear. Would have been nice to have an hot tub. Entertainment was excellent. Location was perfect. Eagle beach was fantastic. Felt very safe at all times. Breakfast at bucatini was the highlight of our days!

This is NOT an adults only hotel & there is an all-inclusive option we were not aware of. Music very loud each night 7-10pm, but it is a nice, clean, modern property.

Staff was the friendliest I've ever experienced. We loved the Adults only section with the infinity pool and music. The room was spacious (ocean view, King bed) with a terrific balcony. The beach is just a short walk across the street with lounges for guests. I recommend renting a car to get around and don't fall for the pitch to learn about the hotel and get breakfast - we lost two hours!

A wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until we left. Well appointed rooms, new property that just celebrated their one year anniversary. Another restaurant and a new building on the beach is coming. Food was spot on with plenty of options. Staff was always there to assist.
