One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The rooms were very clean and the balcony was a big plus especially the jacuzzi tub! The service was what really made it great though. Every staff member was pleasant and accommodating. I would and will definitely stay there again!

Pros: -Clean , beautiful grounds. Place is new so, the grounds are beautiful & well kept -Staff was extremely friendly and catering -I recommend adding the all you can eat buffet breakfast (which comes with unlimited mimosas) to your stay. It was delicious with a wide variety of food. Omelettes, and French toast made fresh. It was a great way to get the day started without having to leave the resort. -The massage (which we got for free for sitting in on a short presentation about Iberostar), was phenomenal. Use of spa for the. - they provided you with his and her slides to keep, and a beach bag and beach towels you can use daily and purchase at the end of your stay if you want. The slides were cute and comfy and a nice touch. -Jacuzzi on the balcony was very nice and the balcony was a nice size. - it was nice that there was always a taxi waiting near the lobby area to take you anywhere you want to go. If there wasn’t one there, the staff would call, and they would come quick. - the diffuser scent in the hallway is great -there is a very small fridge in the room which was nice. You can fill with your own items. Cons: -Elevator stopped working for days -Damp smell in room -No daily activities. Have to pay. Even for yoga -No real nightlife -Turndown service went downhill more n more each night. One night the didn’t do it at all Overall, I would stay again. Hoping they get the kinks out since the place is new.

The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and always available to help. The breakfast was amazing and Bucatini Market & Cubans dinner was fantastic. The beach being just across the road was very convenient and picturesque. I highly recommend this hotel for couples and even the families my wife and I saw there we’re having a lovely time.

What I liked is that it's near Eagle beach, the standard room we had was clean, new and modern, self parking was safe and quiet neighborhood. The minor complaints I had were the Spa amenities are pretty expensive, it would be nice if they lower the prices to reasonable amount to cater to their guests rather than overpricing the Spa. Another thing is the breakfast buffet's costs are a bit pricey for us. Again, please make it reasonable cost that fits the value of the services or qmenities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

We paid extra to upgrade to ocean view, but the view is too far and not worth paying extra, we should have kept the partial view instead. The hotel is very clean and the staff are cordial and kind.
