Villa Bella Mare Steps to Beach in Malmok

Enjoy Malmok, Aruba’s finest beach neighborhood! Situated among mansions and other fine, grand villas, you will find Villa Bella Mare, Aruba’s most completely appointed rental villa! Malmok is Aruba’s most luxurious neighborhood. It’s quiet and exclusively residential, but only 3 minutes to Palm Beach and all the action!

When we describe Villa Bella Mare as being steps from the beach, we mean that it is only a 1-minute walk to Boca Catalina Beach, a pristine, natural beach which is an island favorite. Bring your snorkel, mask and perhaps fins for a crystal clear snorkeling experience with plenty of fish and things to see. The sea there is the calmest of any other beach cove on the island! Swim out to the Antilla, a popular dive wreck where many of the snorkel cruises stop to snorkel.

Our spacious, sea view luxury villa features 500 m2 or 6000 ft.2 of living space on almost half an acre of land, the largest lot in the neighborhood, plus a large comfy gazebo with wet bar and spacious pool deck, as well as a BBQ grill.

There are 3 good sized bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite, 2 of which are huge master suites, one upstairs with a nice sea view, and one downstairs with patio doors leading directly to the pool area. The 3rd bedroom is also downstairs.

The master suite downstairs has a king and a queen bed. Sleeps 4. This lovely airy room has direct access to the pool via patio doors.
The master suite upstairs has a sea view, king Tempurpedic bed and a single bed – sleeps 3 There is an air mattress that can be added to this room.
The 3rd bedroom has a double bed which sleeps 2.
All bedrooms have their own baths.
The home theater room is the living room. It has widescreen projection TV and the upright piano. Half of the VERY comfortable L-shaped sofa can become a pull-out queen bed. Sleeps 2. There is a half bath available for any guests sleeping in this room.

Upstairs master suite with sea view:

1 king bed with Tempurpedic mattress, 1 single bed – sleeps 3. Enjoy the spa tub/shower and extra-long bathroom vanity with his & hers basins, plus a separate area with toilet & bidet.

Downstairs master suite with patio doors to the pool area: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed – sleeps 4 (or more with children), walk-in closet, hallway with extra storage, extra-long vanity in bathroom with his & hers basins, large walk-in or roll-in shower plus separate tub/jacuzzi, and separate room with toilet & bidet.
Third bedroom: 1 double (full) bed, spacious closet & drawers, bathroom ensuite with walk-in shower.

There is also a half bath for guests on the ground floor as well, a sea view dining room, comfortable living room with home theater and & widescreen projection TV, upright piano, sound system throughout the kitchen and dining area, an oversized state of the art indoor island Euro-kitchen, full outdoor kitchen, perfect for entertaining, BBQ, and plenty of pool lounges, several beach chairs to take to the beach, pool floats and beach toys.

There is a brand new Bocce court at the back of the pool, complete with 2 sets of bocce balls. This is a perfect way to relax – playing a game of bocce with your friends and family.

The living room sleeps 2 in the queen sleeper sofa. The villa sleeps a total of 11 people, 9 in beds and 2 more in the living room. There is an air mattress for an extra child.

Low season: Spring starting 8 days after Easter Sunday & fall until Dec. 20: $3000 per week

Summer season: June, July August until the Tuesday after U.S. Labor Day (first Monday in September): $3500 per week

Winter season: January 6 until 8 days after Easter: $4000 per week

Ultra-high season Xmas week: Dec. 21 – 28: $7000 per week

Ultra-high season New Years’ week: Dec. 28 – Jan. 6: $7700 per week
