In the "Le Pra Palier" condominium, a 24 m² studio with a sleeping alcove for 2/4 people, close to the slopes (2 minutes via the escalator), 4th floor with elevator, southwest-facing, large 5.5 m² balcony, beautiful mountain views, ski locker, covered "Casse Blanche" parking 100 meters away, close to shops, restaurants, and the "Piou-Piou" kindergarten. Pets not allowed, smoking on the balcony.

Living room with television, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen: microwave/grill, 3-burner induction hob, refrigerator/freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher, Senséo and classic coffee makers, toaster, kettle, fondue and raclette/crêpe sets.
