The staff service at night is terrible, if they have activities at the hotel the music is too loud and if you ask to the staff for help or move to another room their answers are extremely rude and unhelpful.

Stayed for 3 nights and no housekeeper came to refresh or tidy the room. This was unacceptable. The front desk attendants were very polite and helpful when engaged.

I stayed Friday and Saturday 10/17 &1018 Friday there was a wedding party at the hotel. The group was basically out of control blasting music in the parking lot and running through the halls until 4:30 am. I had to be at work at 7am. I had an hours sleep that night. They brought coolers of alcohol into the bar/lounge area which could have definitely put the liquor license on jeopardy. The bartender said they disregard her warning. My main point is that someone, representing the hotel should have intervene d and stopped this. It was completely unacceptable....4:30 am they left the parking lot and went to their rooms yelling and being obnoxious. Thank you Kevin Barrett 570-690-0686

I rated this as an overall "terrible" experience due to the fact that upon arriving in my room, I pulled down the covers to find that while the bed had been made, the sheets had NOT been changed out! The sheets were wrinkled from a body having slept on them and they were covered with hair and lint! I was so grossed out! I called the front desk asking for new sheets but they took so long to get them to me that I actually went to them and asked for another room. They were able to accommodate me but I felt dirty the entire time I was there.
