I liked the convenience of the property to Mount Orford. Also liked the kitchenette & fridge facilities. Room well laid out. Bathroom very modern. I did not like the beds not having proper mattresses. Also the couch was small and lacked a side table.

Overall good . Some repairs needed in bathroom . The office was closed . We had to buy remotes for the tv we were told we would be reimbursed but that didn’t happen . However , the condo we rented overall was not bad .

The carpets were very dirty. The patio door to the pool could not be locked and there was no reception, so it felt unsafe. I only got a text with the code for the door on the morning of my stay without other explanations. Very unsettling.

Very nice studio. However, the hide a bed was average comfortable. Could feel the springs. Also, bring your coffee filters for the coffee machine

There is black mold on the bathroom, the furniture is visibly stained and dirty, the floors are dirty, there is no bottom sheet on the bed, the hallways in the hotel are dirty, and there were no staff at the front desk to address concerns. The entire building smells musty. The only positive is that the exterior looks nice.
