Nice holiday

Grayt stay in nice location. A litle bit of Communication problems because the keyholder could not speak english. Checking in was ok, but no one did meet us by checking out kl.10. We didn’t have internet because we didn’t receive the code.

Could not go as unable to quarantine on return

We really liked the look of this property and we were very disappointed that they were unwilling to offer us a voucher when we were unable to come. The family all work and could not afford to quarantine on return to UK. We have lost all the money we paid. We understand things are difficult but equally some sort of recompense would have been appreciated as a good will gesture. I have only done the stars so that I could add my comments
