Die Lage ist sehr gut. Liegt an keiner direkten Strasse, daher wenig Beeinträchtigung durch Lärm.

Die Aussicht ist ganz toll und man sieht sogar das Meer, wenn auch nur von weitem. Gute Parkierungsmöglichkeit für's Fahrzeug. Der Bau ist leicht hörig, wenn oben Stühle herumgerutscht werden. Wir waren im Febr.- März 2025 dort, da hatte es fast keine zusätzlichen Bewohner. Insgesamt waren wir jetzt zweimal dort und wir werden wiederkommen.
