Not the greatest..

The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the small balcony. The floors were slippery, like too much cleaner and it wasnt rinsed off. And the smell...wow it was an overpowering dog smell. There was a dirty mark on the bed as well. We asked for house keeping but they had all gone home by 4:00pm, for the day. The place has serious potential. The pictures make it look newer and cleaner than it is. The ice machines didn't work either. But the waffle mix they had was absolutely delicious! Sausages were good as well.

Really nice, I loved having a pool in the facility! Also very nice breakfast, it is hard to find a hotel that gives a full hot breakfast with eggs at no extra charge. It would be nice to have other TV options, but we did not spend much time in the room so that was OK.

Terrible experience. After returning from the pool with my family, we found the hairdryer in our room wasn’t working. I called the front desk and spoke with someone named Hussen, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He said it wasn’t his problem and told me to wait until the next day. When I insisted we needed it now, he hung up the phone on me. We went downstairs to speak in person, and he yelled at me to “get out” in front of my family. When I asked to speak to the manager, he shouted again saying the manager isn’t here and refused to help. I even saw him later secretly calling someone, likely the manager, while continuing to lie to us. His behavior was disgraceful and completely unacceptable. On top of that, there were no pool rules posted. Several people entered the pool in regular clothes, leaving lint and debris floating in the water. The hot tub and pool were dirty, and we couldn’t even enjoy them. This hotel has no respect for guests, no professionalism, and no basic standards. I will never return and strongly advise others to stay away.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel Our stay at the Quality Inn was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff, particularly someone named Hussain, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We were given a ground-level room where the sliding back door was broken and held shut with a wooden stick. The stick wasn’t even placed correctly, making the room feel unsafe.When we reported this around 7 PM, Hussain promised to change our room. We went out for dinner, and he said he will find a new room when we returned. But when we came back at 9:30pm, he told us there were no rooms available and even suggested we check out and find another place at 10 PM! No apology, no attempt to send someone to check the lock, just complete indifference. Also he said the pool closes at 9 PM, while the sign clearly stated 10 PM. The bathroom was filthy no soap, no toiletries. The hallway had a horrible smell that made the entire floor feel dirty and neglected. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. I would never recommend this place

Run down hotel. Very dirty, hallways smell like cigarette smoke, beds uncomfortable, our bathroom door didn’t shut as the hinges were busted. Rooms are very noisy you can hear everything! Room cleaning is very minimal and poor. Pool is big but ceiling tiling missing and also around the pool area was dirty, change rooms and showers dirty and half the showers didn’t work. Hotel advertises arcades and games, not true doors are locked up. Do not recommend staying here. This place has a lot of potential but needs a lot of work

Room was advertised as with balcony or patio, our door to balcony was broken. We chose this hotel for the balcony to have coffee in the morning, hottub, suana and big pool. Arcade, bowling lanes.Pool and hot tub out of order, arcade not open while we were there or the bowling lanes. Front deskclerk was rude and unhelpful when we arrived. Deskclerk when we checked out was unfriendly. Sheets on the bed were wrinkled and looked alept in, the bed vover had stains. There was a RAT outside, in the garden and on the stairs to the garden. It came up to the parking lot, it hissed if you went by which is how we noticed it was a rat. The maintenence man didnt seem bothered by this when we told him he went about his weed waking. This was alearming...do they have these often? Breakfast was good. Not a good experience and staff didnt seem to be concerned when we said something. Very disappointed and wish we choose a different place but it looked fun and it sure was a bad experience.

Unfortunately, the room was not clean when we checked in. While the staff responded quickly and moved us to another room, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The facility appears run down and in need of repairs and a thorough cleaning. That said, the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My criticism is directed at the state of the facility, not the service.
