Checking in was not pleasant. We reserved a queen room with fireplace and never got this. We were given a double bed and no fireplace. The guy at front desk said they do not have fireplaces. SO WHY IS IT LISTED TO BOOK??THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST IS THE WORST WE HAVE HAD. NO fresh fruit or real orange juice. No peanut butter. Parking was a HUGE ISSUE. There are only maybe 10 spots behind the building and you have to walk around the hotel to get to the back. Do not recommend this place at all. I’d rather pay the extra money and stay at a hotel that is comfortable and a nice continental breakfast.. we have stayed at so many hotels with continental breakfast and they’ve been lovely. This one was the worst.!!!!!! Not worth $200 a night.

As soon as we arrived, we were told we had to change rooms because they overbooked. There was no toilet paper in the room and was told I had to go down to the front desk to get it myself. Then I was told that I could only pay exact cash for bottled water and not debit as it was an inconvenience. The girl that was working October 10 around 7 PM was horribly unfriendly and I will never be spending another night at this hotel because of this. This is not the way you treat someone who is paying over $200 a night to stay at your hotel. This person needs to learn how to deal with customers and put a smile on her face.
