The Space:

An extraordinary clubhouse is the centerpiece of this resort-style community! At the clubhouse, you can purchase your resort access card and enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer. Such as the lazy river, water slide and pool area, tennis court, volleyball court, and fitness center.



RESORT FEE:

There is a $49 fee for an access card to use the amenities. The resort fee is a one-time fee that allows you and the members of your party to gain access to these facilities for the entire length of your stay.



You're guaranteed a comfortable stay with our five spacious bedrooms. The bedroom configurations are as follows:



Bedroom one: A master suite with a king-sized bed and private bathroom



Bedroom two: A queen-sized bed and private bedroom



Bedroom three: One full-sized bed and one twin bed with a shared bathroom



Bedroom four: One full-sized bed and one twin bed with a shared bathroom



Bedroom five: A queen-sized bed with a bathroom



This property accommodates up to twelve guests. We provide twelve bath towels, and there is a washer and dryer located inside the home for your convenience.



As a courtesy, we offer our guests a welcome kit with some basic home essentials to kick off your stay! It is not our responsibility to replace the Welcome Kit items, so please be sure to purchase extra if needed.



Please note that the pool heater is an extra fee and must be requested 48 hours before your arrival.

Other Things to Note:

BOOKING YOUR STAY:

You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.

BEFORE CHECKING IN:

Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.



POOL AND SPA HEATER (if applicable):

The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature.

The heater can take up to *24 to 48 hours to fully heat* the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating *at least 48 hours prior* to arrival.

The pool is heated to *86°F*. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F.

Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets.



*Important Notes:*

• Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay.

• During periods of extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature.

These weather-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries

- USPS does not ship to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages



PARKING GUIDELINES:

• Parking that blocks sidewalks is strictly prohibited.

• Vehicles parked on the street must display a white parking pass.

• Vehicles parked on the street without a valid pass are subject to towing.

• Vehicles parked on sidewalks or grass are also subject to towing
