Disney parks are only 4 miles away. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shopping, entertainment are also close by.

After a day in the parks or shopping, relax in the Compass Bay Community heated pool (just 5 mins walking), take a drink or prepare a barbecue in the patio area while enjoying the lake view!

This is the perfect property for a family trip to Orlando - 20 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the Disney parks, and even closer to the Disney Springs area the property is immaculate, safe, and perfectly equipped. Alfredo is a fantastic host. We will definitely be staying at this property for our next trip to Disney World!

The property is as pictured. The condo was clean and the condo complex was quiet. Just as others have reviewed, Alfredo is very quick to respond and seems happy to help you, should have any needs or concerns. I found the condo location within good distance to any attractions or restaurants you would want to visit. We would stay here again for sure.

The whole house was clean and stocked with basic items. Laundry room was conveniently located upstairs close to the bedrooms. The only problem we had was the tv in the master bedroom would keep turning itself on in the middle of the night and wake us up, we had to unplug to get it to stop. My family enjoyed being greeted by the ducks in the mornings.
