Great place to stay !

Really enjoyed our 8 night stay at resort. Spent a few days at resort and test at Disney. Pools kept up, theater nice, mini golf fun, great to take walks around. Safe, very close to Walmart. Take out pizza really good, and rotisserrre chicken family meal was too. Kids enjoyed game room and train too!! And, very reasonable !

It was nice especially the hot tub and balcony

Everything was as mentioned for the most part I paid an additional fee to get a more up yo date building so we could get the full potential of our stay.

The property is very nice. A lot to do. They should include the waterpark as part of the stay instead of charging a separate fee for entry.

Could have been better

I did not get the room that I was promised through the website. The lady at the check-in counter told me thst they do not communicate with Vrbo and I would get a room that was available at the price I paid. They told me the picture showed 2 rooms in one and the room that I booked I could not have. I was very disappointed.

Bait and Switch!

The picture is not what is given to you when you arrive at the resort! We had to argue with the lister and the resort for two hours and still did not receive what was shown in the ad. There was no tub, no patio or balcony, no couch, and certainly no friendly service. I spoke to a manager on property and the phone number listed on Vrbo. I was told I would be given some sort of compensation, but that was a lie too. The front desk spoke to us in English then in Spanish said that we were so fat that is why we were asking for a king bed. I do understand Spanish. We also were told by the lister that we did not have to pay any fees, but the front desk made us pay bogus taxes. This is a third party. Beware, he had not even booked all of our nights. He booked four nights but one of them overlapped with a night we were already there. They wanted us to change rooms our last night. I refused. Worst bogus vrbo experience ever!
