The room was comfortable and spacious. The fitness room was clean and had good equipment. The only complaint is every night we had stress trying to find parking. The parking lot fills up at night and you need to hope someone leaves to find parking

AMAZING

I was nervous to stay here after reading negative reviews, but I’m glad I ignored them! We stayed in the second floor for 3 nights; the hotel was in a GREAT location, NO ISSUES with parking the whole weekend, the staff was SUPER friendly (seriously every person we encountered greeted us kindly), the entire hotel was spotless and smelled clean, it was quiet, the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, I ordered DoorDash all 3 nights and never had a problem, we even had WARM TOWELS delivered to our room when we requested more. I will absolutely stay here again, thank you Precious and Adam for being so lovely when we checked in!!

It was an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience. Although I booked the stay from June 12 to June 15, I checked out early on the morning of June 13 due to serious cleanliness and safety concerns. I found blood on the bed sheet, and a pubic hair on the conditioner bottle. The room (322) was very damp, and the floor was slippery. I even slipped and fell, and my child nearly fell too. When I checked out, I politely offered to show the photos and videos I had taken as proof. The front desk refused to look and simply said, “You are all set to go.” They also refused to send a staff member to inspect the room while I was present. Later, when Expedia contacted the hotel for a refund, the hotel refused. I called the front desk myself and was shocked by the staff’s attitude. She was dismissive and defensive, saying I kept complaining and that she had checked the room and found “no issues.” But why did they refuse to inspect the room or review my evidence when I was still there? I have photos and videos clearly showing the problems — it is not up to the hotel alone to say whether the room was acceptable. Even more upsetting, when I asked to speak to a manager, the staff said she would pass on the message, then hung up the phone on me before I could finish speaking. I called again immediately, but they never answered. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I am sharing my experience because I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect and fairness. I

Nice place

Beds were super comfortable. Roof top pool was great, and there was entertainment Friday. Google says they offer a shuttle to Universal whixh isnt true. Also they dont have continental breakfast.

The hotel is fantastic, the roof top bar and pool area is wonderful. The food on site is the best. The staff are really good, great place to stay highly recommend. Will stay again.. Precious is an amazing front of house staff. Efficient and attentive.. love this place.
