"Welcome to our Florida warm weather retreat. Our home is a luxury 3 bedroom, 2 full bath villa with a heated pool and spa (with optional Pool Heat Surcharge). Enjoy the heated pool and spa with its southeast exposure. The perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak up the Florida sunshine. There is a furnished lanai ideal for outdoor dining.
There is a separate utility room with washing and drying facilities, iron and ironing board. Highchair and stroller is also available. The home is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and provides heating for those rare cold days. The prestigious Calabay Parc is set in peaceful surroundings of pine trees and nature reserves. This villa is the perfect getaway for any family to relax with easy access to Disney World, Universal, and a fabulous golf course."

I recently stayed at this vacation rental and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the home itself had potential, several important details were overlooked that impacted our stay.First, there was a noticeable lack of basic essentials—specifically washcloths, which we had expected to be provided. It may seem minor, but it’s something most guests rely on and shouldn’t have to bring themselves.Additionally, the listing described a hot tub, but this was inaccurate. What was presented as a “hot tub” was actually just a separate section of the pool with the same temperature as the rest of the water. It did not function as a true hot tub and did not provide the heated, relaxing experience we expected. This was especially frustrating since it was one of the main features that influenced our booking decision.Finally, the bed cover was visibly dirty, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property. Clean linens are a fundamental expectation, and this fell short.Overall, the home could be a great place with better attention to detail, improved cleanliness, and more accurate descriptions. I hope the host addresses these issues for future guests.

Was advertised with a heated pool and hot tub and then had to pay extra for it and then it still didn’t heat up so I wouldn’t recommend this place here at all
