The walls are extremely thin. The couple in the room next to me were VERY loud. Yelling, slamming the microwave - just LOUD. I called the front desk to make a formal complaint however the yelling of the room next to me continued. I started to record how they loud they were and then walked down to the front desk to show him the recordings and how they didn’t stop. I was told that I could switch rooms. I do not understand why I would have to switch rooms when someone else is being so loud and not following hotel policy. The front desk proceeded to say “well what do you want me to do?” I declined the room changed. VERY poor service. The bathroom shower was also very bad. The water pressure was all over the place. The pillows on the bed are also a joke. Even after stacking 2 to 3 pillows, it still fell flat. I’m not one to ever to complain, but this was not a comfortable stay and I will not be booking here again.
