Third time staying in florida. The house was very dirty which is too bad for the owners as they outsource that. Missing some main things in the kitchen such as oven mitts, large baking sheets etc. Pans could use an upgrade. My sister in law loving ice wanted me to point out the ice machine on fridge is amazing though.

it would have been ok but it was not clean. there was DIRTY UNDERWEAR in the bathroom from the prior guest, sticky counters, and the floors were disgusting. it would've been nice to have a coffee set up with coffee, creamer, sweetener. its the first place i e stayed that didnt provide that.

Great location and space. Was a little disappointed that there were not enough bath towels for us and no washcloths at all. Kids enjoyed it. The bed on the main floor isike a hammock in that you roll and sink in the middle. Not comfortable for 2. I would definitely recommend this pmace to friends and family. It was close to everything we needed. Thank you

Nothing Gormet or luxurious

First, let me say that everyone I spoke to, from the property manager to the owner, was very polite and responsive. However, this property was definitely not as advertised. First, the security gates are chained open, so anyone has access to the property. Then the description states there is a "gormet kitchen that is fully equipped" but that's not even close to accurate. What they have listed is all that's available. We had to buy foil baking pans and pot holders to use the oven. Be prepared to even buy your own toilet paper. The luxury that's supposed to come from the club house is dated at best, or completely closed for repair. We have let the property manager and the owner/lister know that we were disappointed and made suggestions to improve their listing description. The property was clean for the most part, minus the giant foot print in the main upstairs bathroom tub, so that was good. One of the very disappointing things was not having air conditioning. It wasn't working when we got there and it took three days to fix. I hope things improve and maybe the next renter will be more prepared. as advertised.

Kissimmee stay next to Orlando

Amazing home wirh plenty of rooms. We enjoyed family time together and created amazing memories. We went to the theme parks and had a great time. The condo is only 30 min. from the parks.

My unit was not very clean when I got there and the pool was closed for 6 weeks right after I arrived. Kent and Sue were great to work with. They gave me a credit for not having the pool and came by to clean and fix things that I had a problem with. All in all a great location to stay.

This house was tired/not clean and not well provisioned.

Our stay was Jan 8 to Jan 15/23. It is such a shame that this property was not up the level of the description, which was posted on the Vrbo website. The house is in a great location. The house, on the outside, was neat and well kept. The inside was a different story. The interior was very tired and mostly not clean. The furniture was stained and dirty. There were minimal utensils, in the kitchen. We had an issue with the cable tv signals, not working, on all the TV's. We called the Management company, phone number, which was listed in the welcome information, and logged the trouble call. The management company said the call was logged and we would get a return call, from a technician. We never did. We fixed the issue, ourselves. In conclusion, it was not as advertized. SMB (Canada)

Great home in vacation condo neighborhood.

Property is as described and owner is very helpful. Master BR and kids rooms are upstairs, and a main floor guest room containing the other "master suite" is right next to the bathroom. Make sure to bring your own spices, dish soap, and toilet paper. There are a few of these but only enough to get you through the first night. Had all the standard dishes, cooking pots and utensils etc. There were 7 of us and it worked great. Would definitely consider staying again.

One mattress was extremely sagging. One kitchen table chair was broken by previous guest. I contacted the owner & he did not replace during our stay. The living room Furniture is uncomfortable & needs replaced. An inventory of kitchen supplies needs done. One wine glass, not enough utensils for 8 guests, mismatched glass/cups. Pots & pans are showing age. Not enough pool towels. Only one garbage bag for a week. No wash clothes. Dishwasher leaked towards the end. Notified the owner of all of this & no response. I would suggest not listing this property until proof of repairs/replacement.

It was a place to sleep. Very, very dated with many things in need of repair. Also, one of the bedroom closets was packed to the ceiling with stuff. My boys couldn't even use it. We couldn't use the main TV for some reason. Teens can usually figure out electronics, but they couldn't either. Not enough dishes and kitchen supplies. There wasn't a full set of glasses. No washcloths. The beds were comfortable enough, so as I said, a place to sleep. The owner was responsive, but nothing they could do I the short term. They need to put some money into the place and make it the getaway it should be.

Very dirty

Before I get into details, I'd like to say I blame the property management company for the condition of the townhouse, not the owner. The carpet, baseboards and ceiling fans were filthy. The walls and floors were dirty. The living room furniture was dirty and worn out. The owner lives in Michigan and hasn't been to the townhouse in person for about 2 years due to Covid. I sent him pictures of everything via text message. He has already replaced the carpet on the stairs and replaced the upstairs bedroom carpet with luxury vinyl planking. He said he is going to have the management company do a walk thru and make a list of everything that needs deep cleaning. He said he is looking for a painting company and looking into new living room furniture. I raised my overall rating to 3 stars because he already addressed the carpet. Anyone wanting to rent this townhouse should confirm with the owner that the things I listed have all been addressed.

Great place for a long stay

Is it brand new?, no. Its broke in like your own house. A nick here and a scratch there. No big deal. Living room and kitchen/dining room were a bit more compact than the pics made it look. Didnt bother us at all. We would rent again and probably will. Thanks for the nics experience.
