The Space:

Sunlight pours through the windows, inviting you to unwind on the patio while the pool glistens nearby. The scent of fresh‑cut grass mingles with the faint aroma of a nearby barbecue, promising evenings of relaxed family fun. Step inside and feel the gentle hum of a home designed for togetherness and adventure.



Sleeping arrangements

The downstairs master bedroom offers a king‑sized bed, perfect for a restful night after a day at the parks. Upstairs you’ll find two additional king‑sized beds, one paired with an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. Two full‑size beds and two twin beds complete the sleeping layout, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.



Outdoor living

A private pool sits at the heart of the yard, with a seasonal heating option for those cooler evenings. Lounge chairs line the poolside, inviting you to soak up the Florida sunshine or enjoy a cool dip. A BBQ grill and outdoor dining area provide the ideal setting for al fresco meals under the open sky.



Kitchen & dining

The spacious kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, including a stove, oven, and microwave, along with all the essential cookware you’ll need. A bright dining area offers ample space for family meals, while the adjacent patio lets you carry plates outside for a breezy, open‑air experience.

Guests have access to a community water park and a clubhouse, offering extra activities without leaving the resort grounds. Whether you’re splashing in the water park’s slides or gathering in the clubhouse for games, there’s always something to keep every age entertained.

The Neighborhood:

Located right in the heart of Kissimmee. Nestled near the ever-so-beloved Walt Disney World, as well as SeaWolrd Orlando and Universal Studios.



Storey Lake Resort is a gated master-planned resort community that offers convenient access to everything from fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations all within a short distance drive. The community clubhouse offers a community swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf.



Getting Around:

Renting a car is the best way to get around and explore Orlando/Kissimmee. You'll have free designated parking when booking our property.



Up to (2) cars can park in front of the unit in parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
