Pros - The hosts are nice and communication was easy, they were very gracious allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier since our last minute trip had an early flight. We sincerely appreciated the gesture. Check in process was very easy. Lazy river is small but decent, steam bath and sauna access were nice bonus and we enjoyed that. Pool towels are handy option and were easy to swap.Cons - We were very surprised by the 20 fees plus tax that we had to pay for every day we were staying, when we booked it wasn’t listed on the booking details. I reached out to the owner after checking the property details again and in the morning it was mentioned in the listing. Anyhow it is what it is, it’s fair to let people know in advance. The house is dated, beds were squeaky, dishes also did not feel clean, we cleaned everything before using them. The master has one blind missing so the morning sun comes right on your face and there is no way to stop it. When we checked in the master toilet wasn’t flushing. Called the maintenance folks and they addressed it fast but the guy admitted that he knew about the valve issue but forgot or to fix it, again wasn’t the best start. Location wise, it’s not as close to universal, with traffic it can take you anywhere between 45mins to an hour to get there. But that’s on us, we should have researched better.Overall I won’t rate this 10/10 property by any means.. may be 6/10 from our experience.
