Check in was seamless. The negative for the trip was lack of maintenance service Had issue within the unit and was informed maintenance would be right there. They never showed up. Had to re-request the next day causing inconvenience with loss of a bathroom

Our room was gorgeous, spacious, had everything we needed. It was clean annd housekeeping kept it clean our whole trip, I loved coming back to our room anfter a long day to a bed made and fresh towels. Upon check in we were immediately greeted by staff smiling and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered as kind and helpful. We stayed for 10 days and any request or question we had was met a quick response. We will recommend embassy Suites Sunset Walk to all our family and friends.

Amazing place we would definitely stay again. Just keep in mind, don’t unload your baggage just check in first. You might be in different building and will need to drive and park there.
