Wonderful hotel very clean and it's 15mins to Disney World. The location is close to alot of plazas so food and Walmart are close by. Also you're not to far from the airport...olus u can see disney fireworks from the hotel

The property is beautiful but we had multiple problems with broken TVs, door lock batteries, electrical light issues and clogged toilets. Unfortunately this made for a poor stay. Service at hotel was good but facility needs work even though it’s brand new….

We recently stayed at The Embassy Suites on Sunset Walk and had a fantastic experience. The hotel offers great amenities, including a fitness center, free daily breakfast, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The rooms are spacious and feel luxurious, with modern furnishings and pretty views. Located close to restaurants on Sunset Walk, a water park, and shopping - it's perfect for walking around and exploring the area. The pool area is beautiful, ideal for relaxing, and the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Alberte at the front desk for great customer service. We will be back.

Disappointed to say the least. The property looked nice, the rooms looked nice, but we never completed our stay. We attempted to check into 3 different rooms, and all 3 were unacceptable with their cleanliness. First one had dirty dishes on the counter and was never turned over by housekeeping staff, second had a hair ball behind the door the size of a mouse and body hair in the bathroom with crumbs still all over the floor from the previous stay, and the 3rd room had hair on the floor entangled with the little plastic piece from someone’s new shirt. Simply unacceptable!
