We frequent Orlando often to hit the parks as we live a few hours away and stay at different hotels. We chose this hotel because of the pictures and good reviews. From check in to check out it was a great experience! We stayed in a 2 bedroom and were amazed at how nice it was, especially the bathrooms!! The breakfast was great and they even have an omelet station! Close to everything and we will definitely be coming back.

I will try to include as many details as I can but overall if you are looking for a hotel for a Disney World trip, I would NOT recommend this one. The hotel has several buildings with a main building (where check in and front desk is located) and about 4 surrounding buildings with hotel rooms (there was construction every morning). I was placed in the furthest building from the main building and given that I was arriving at night I was upset that I had to make that 5-10 minute walk at night alone (with my younger sister). Front desk told me it was the newest building and it would be great because I was the first person to stay in my room. I mistakenly unpacked and changed before checking bed. When I lifted the comforter, I discovered several large dirt boot prints on the bed (I'm assuming from workers who finished setting the room up?). Front desk told me there was nothing she could do because Housekeeping was gone for the day. My sister and I had to sleep on a naked bed with a tiny blanket we were provided. 2) Orbitz did not mention this at reservation but I see it was sent via email after confirmation in the fine print but this hotel will charge you a RESORT FEE for every day of your stay (including check in and check out day). We did not use the resort (pool) at all because of limited hours.; Pool closes at 6 PM everyday. 3) Disney shuttles are unreliable and late every single day in AM> There's more to include but limited characters. Overall DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have wanted to stay here since i saw property on hotels.com. it did not disappoint! My girls and i felt safe and the accommodations were wonderful. Quiet, clean and beautiful. We will be back! Take it from an avid multi room traveler with lots of children, get the 2 bedroom!!

Only the Best at Embassy Suites

The hotel property was superb. Our rooms were super spacious, clean and decorated phenomenally. I will definitely look for other Embassy Suites when traveling. In addition the staff manager Alberte is a delight. She helped my husband plan a surprise 30th wedding anniversary and decorated the amazingly cool.
