Florida Paradise located in The Estates at Legacy Park is spacious and well laid out with quality options that make it stand out from the rest. With a total of 3155 sq/ft under its roof. Every optional extra has been chosen to make this a very special vacation home.

The mastersuite with tray ceiling has been extended with pool access for that early morning dip in the beautiful heated pool and spa.
The pool area has an extended pool deck and large covered lanai

Upstairs is the large second bonus master suite (WIC & BATH).

The living area has a colonnade foyer that has a space for everyone, sit back and watch TV in the family room or just chill out in the living room.

After a hard day at the parks, you deserve to relax in Florida Paradise!

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

COMMUNITY PARKING RULES: The home fits ONLY TWO cars. The garage is unavailable for parking. No street parking is allowed within the Legacy Park Community.
