Fabulous Resort Townhome Getaway near Disney

This is the perfect home for your vacation needs. It is located in the highly sought after Regal Palms Resort. This modern home is within a beautifully gated family friendly community. It is a short walking distance to Publix and an abundance of restaurants and shopping options within Berry Town Center. This home is also a short drive to the Disney theme parks with easy access to major highways. You can relax in our cozy resort home that is stocked with all of your essential needs.

Community amenities:

The beautifully maintained Regal Palms Resort includes 2 large pools, lazy river, water slide and a hot tub. The club house includes a reception area, fitness center with steam and sauna, restaurant with poolside dining, ice cream parlor and tiki bar. Not to mention an arcade room and indoor playground that kids are sure to love. The property is a short distance walk to all of these awesome amenities!

Guests are required to pay a resort fee of $22.40 per day. This is per household, not per person and it is collected during check-in at the resort reception desk. This is not a part of the booking fee.

However, between November 1 - March 31 for reservations of 25 days or longer there is the "snowbird" rate, that is only USD 12.32/day. This is not part of the booking fee.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort and appreciated the moments when we were able to take advantage of everything it had to offer. There were a few issues and concerns with the home we reserved, but our host responded to each one promptly and professionally. Overall, the home truly felt like a home away from home.

Softball trip

Great place to stay in relation to softball fields in Central Florida. Home is nice, quiet and good place to work remotely when not at the fields. Resort pool good spot to relax. Home is close to grocery and restaurants.

Wonderful Stay at this unit at Regal Palms

We had a fantastic two-week stay at this updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome in Regal Palms Resort. The home was beautifully furnished with quality pieces, making it feel both comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was well-equipped with nice appliances, and we cooked every night without any issues. Publix Grocery is very convenient! The bedding was soft, fresh, and very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The washer and dryer were also a great convenience.Our host was incredibly responsive, addressing any minor concerns immediately. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this townhome to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay!

Great resort

The resort was perfect. The property owners were super helpful and replied quick to any questions I had. They even took time to arrange to have a Christmas tree set up at the house for our family before we arrived. The house was perfect for our family of four. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. And having a washer and dryer was great. The resort is perfect we spent a lot of time in the pool. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful Family Getaway

The villa n resort was awesome, even the food. We went somewhere every day. Not used to the traffic but that was ok. My favorite place to visit to see was the Bok Tower Gardens absolutely beautiful place, it has a beautiful singing tower with organ pipes playing. I recommend visiting it.

A nice stay

The property was real nice and quiet. The pool ,the lazy river and the water slide was nice. The kids really enjoyed. H2O water park, Disney, Bush Garden, are easy to get to from this location. The condo we stayed in had three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. T.v in all the bedrooms and a pulled out couch to sleep in the livingroom. Kitchen has all utilities to used to cook and also a single cup coffee maker. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay, no complaints

The home was nice and clean. The resort pool area was great. It stays open late so we didn’t feel rushed to be able to enjoy it. The Hosts and property manager are very quick and responsive at any time of day. Our flight home was cancelled last minute and the host was extremely accommodating and was able to move around their schedule to allow my family to stay an extra day. Forever grateful for that! Would return again and recommend to others !

Great place!

The condo was great in a great neighborhood! The resort on the property seems very nice but unfortunately we were not able to utilize it because of how busy we were but still had to pay mandatory resort fees that were not mentioned prior to booking. Overall a great booking, very spacious and clean!
