Great location, right beside Disney parks and easy access to I4 for Universal and Busch Gardens too with everything you could possibly need right beside you including massive Walmart, Vineland Outlets and every restaurant chain you can think of along with a brilliant communal pool and hot tub. This was a return visit to Dulce apartment as cannot be beaten for cleanliness and facilities, highly recommend and Dulce is always available to help with any queries, we traveled from Ireland and Amazon delivered a Christmas present for my daughter 4 days early and Dulce contacted the previous renters to find the package and ensure it was safely stored in the garage for us- that's above and beyond so we will be back!

We booked for our trip from the U.K. to visit both Disney and universal for 2 weeks. The place was so clean and super homely. We loved it! In a quiet neighbourhood and right next to Walmart which was perfect for our stay. The apartment was the perfect place to relax after a long day at the parks, the balcony was an added bonus. Great location for our stay taking around 10 minutes to Disney parks and 25 minutes to universal. On the first couple of days we couldn’t figure out how to adjust the aircon, as we wanted to adjust for sleeping, Dolce responded extremely fast and sent someone around to help us with our issue. Thank you so much! Would stay again.

We spent ten days visiting Disney and the surroundings, and this place couldn't be much closer without being ON Disney property. Every park is about 15 minutes away most mornings; the only traffic we'd ever hit was on the way home.For our family of 3, this was MORE than big enough, and we could've comfortably accommodated 2 more people. Having the Walmart nearby is another excellent benefit - after a long road trip, having our pickup order close by was a lifesaver.We would happily book Dulce's place again the next time we're visiting the area!

Dulce was so helpful and always respond so quickly, not one isdue did we have. The property was very clean, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool was never busy and always at a prefect temperature. Location fantastic, never more than a 5 minute drive to eating places, shops, disney 10-15 minutes away. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Perfect Off-Site Stay for Orlando Vacation

We loved this condo! It was perfect for a week-long trip to SeaWorld and Disney. There was plenty of space for me, my husband, son (16), and daughter (8). SeaWorld was about a 30 - 40-minute drive, and Disney was only about 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Walmart is super close and perfect for groceries and cheap souvenirs. The A/C was a lifesaver in the Florida humidity. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. The property owner was very quick to respond to our messages and checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we were doing okay. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

I had a great stay during the spring break. The place was clean and well-maintained, with a nicely kept kitchen that had everything I needed. We loved it here. Beds were very comfortable and location is great. You can walk to wal-mart from the property and it’s not a bad drive to Disney, Universal or Seaworld. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. It’s a quiet community and even though it’s right beside wal-mart you don’t get noise from traffic. Would definitely stay again. Host was also easy to reach when we had trouble upon arrival, although it turned out the issue was my fault and not the host’s.

Nice Oakwater Condo

Oakwater is near virtually everything: restaurants, shopping, theme parks, and other sorts of entertainment. It is right next door to Walmart with a path leading to it, so no need to get in the car. The pool is very nice and usually not too crowded, so plenty of room for everyone. The condo itself is very clean which is my priority. It has an ample supply of towels, bedding, pots and pans, dishes, and other utensils. Dulce is wonderful, and all communications with her resulted in an immediate reply.

Perfect place to stay and visit Disney

I was on the hunt for someone to stay for my mom and I Disney trip. This VRBO did not disappoint. It is in a gated community off the main strip where there are places to eat and shop and next door to super Walmart for convience. It is quiet and did not feel unsafe. We were able to UBER to the parks as well as strike out on our own. The property itself is perfect for friends or family with plenty of room. Very clean lots of towels and utensils to use if you cook. Showers were nice and water pressure was excellent. Definitely a must stay if you’re looking for convience but not the crazy exspensive of staying at one of the Disney resorts.

Great location; decent stay

You can't ask for a better location if you're coming to enjoy Disney. The parks are a quick 10-minute drive, and you're within walking distance of Walmart. There are many restaurants within reach as well. The property was a decent stay—typical Florida condo with usual amenities. We found the beds to be a tad uncomfortable, and no comforters were provided (only sheets). In addition, the A/C was not on when we arrived, so it was 80 degrees in the house... not a good first impression. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

Great property!

Very happy with the property. I come to Disney a lot and will definitely stay here again. We got stuck in the recent hurricane at the property and the owners checked in on us and worked with us through it all. Couldn’t ask for a better host. Highly recommend!

First family trip
