This fantastic town house is an ideal home-away-from-home for your next vacation! Located in the regal oak resort just behind old town and “fun spot” USA off hwy 192 and i-4, this vacation house is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

The newly renovated resort amenities include a heated pool, a children's pool with slides, a bar, a restaurant, a convenient store, a fitness center, a tennis court, etc. All the amenities are available to you with no extra fee. Regal Oak Resort is also a gated community. Daily children activities are available at the resort building for free.

This town house is recently furnished with new mattresses, linens, flat screen TVs, towels, all small appliances and pots and pans, etc.

This new luxury 4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom two-story villa features:

Brand new mattresses and linens;
A fully equipped kitchen;
Baby gear (crib/playpen and stroller);
Complementary high speed wireless internet access;
Cable flat screen LCD/led TVs
Two private parking spaces in front of villa;

Great Place

We had a volleyball tournament and stayed here for several days. Plenty of room for five and close to everything. Pool was really great as well. Enjoyed our stay very much.

We have always stayed on Disney property when on a Disney vacation, but this stay has converted me! The house was clean, we had plenty of space, and it is RIGHT off Disney property! We had one issue where the A/C wasn’t cooling, but I contacted the owner and she had someone come out to fix it that night! I would definitely stay here again! As an extra bonus, there was a small herd of friendly wild deer that live in the area. They greeted us every morning when we left and every evening when we got “home”!

Fun in Orlando

The resort was very nice and close enough to everything. The check in and out were easy. The host let us check in early. My grandson loved the pool and water park and I loved the screened patio. I highly recommend this resort.

Tons of space, super clean

We used this property as a home base for our Disney/Universal trip. It was wonderful. There was plenty of space for our family of four. The kids had their own space to go to during downtime. With two teens, that’s very important! The space was clean when we checked in, the washer and dryer worked very well. It was 15 minutes to Disney properties and 30 to universal. There is even an outlet mall 15 minutes down the road with a Lululemon store for my teen daughter. Big score. I was able to purchase Universal tickets from the ticketing counter in the clubhouse which saved me about $300 and included a free day at Volcano Bay, which really enhanced our trip. The pool at the clubhouse was fantastic and provided a nice place to relax after checking out of the condo and before heading to the airport. Mary was quick to respond when I had questions. We would 100% stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property at it was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and activities. Whether you're looking to relax and unwind by the beautiful pool or stay active in all that the area has to offer, this property provides the ideal setting. My kids loved using the waterslide! The grounds of the property are well maintained, and the home comfortably slept our group of 7. In conclusion, my stay at this property exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable getaway. We would use again if we return to this area!

Our stay was okay. The most important thing to know is that the a/c control in our unit was locked such that you can NOT turn it below 70 degrees when we were there. During the day it was NOT a problem. But, it made it hard for our family to sleep at night. Our unit's living room set could use updating. Had some trouble getting the tv's to work. The resort Clubhouse was great, the pool was great, the snack bar at the pool was great. We spent one day at Discovery Cove and loved it was a good location for us.

The exterior of the grounds we're nice. Interior of the unit was worn down. Dishwasher did not work well. Dried blood on curtains, leading to screen porch. Screen door was broken. Screens were torn. Floor of porch was dirty. No chairs in the master bedroom porch. GFI outlet in hall bath is not working. Dishes and cutlery were dirty. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

The place was wonderful!! Had enough room for 5 adults and 1 child. Very clean and comfortable. Except for the private hot tub not working. Everything was great. The community pool and hot tub were great. Close to all the amusement parks and grocery stores.

Family consisting 5 kids! The amenities were a plus and being mess than 20 mins away from Disney was a plus in my books! Beds were super comfy and hot water was HOT! We will definitely book again on our next family vacation!
