The house was as described. Very large with lots of room for our family. Pool was very warm (as with most rentals you do have to pay for pool heat extra but worth it). BBQ provided (not all have them). Check in process was easy. Owner was fast to reply to questions. First time staying in a place with daily garbage pick up which was a nice service. There is no rear neighbors (faces a golf course) which is nice as some houses back right onto each other with no privacy. Not a downside of the house itself but something to note if your unaware is with the 2 water parks that you get access to, 1 is walk able (for most) the other you will need to drive too. They don't allow outside food or drink (and they check your bags going in) so if you plan to go for the day it could get costly quick. There is no cost to go in, just for the food and drinks. Overall very happy with the stay and would stay at again.

Beautiful home! Very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the large kitchen for meals and the pool after being at the parks all day. Safe neighborhood with lots to do close by. The security situation was a bit annoying but Julian was a great host who was super responsive and helped us navigate an issue preventing entry. We would definitely stay here again.

Really lovely villa, pretty much exactly as described. Yes it needs a bit of money spent on it; especially in the garage where the pool table was badly ripped and nowhere to hang any washing; but overall really lovely place. The cinema room was an amazing bonus and the pool was awesome!The only niggles were the communications from the host were pretty poor. Standard, impersonal 'welcome' messages only, one of which was addressed to someone else! And 1-word replies to the 2 queries we had on the first day was frankly rude:Q: is there a safe in the property?A: "no"Q: we can't find the washing machine, it's usually in the garage?A: "upstairs"Such unwelcoming comms really put us off, which was perhaps the idea? No biggie but disappointing nevertherless.The main issue we had was noisy neighbours. We assumed the size and cost of the villas would attract less disruptive guests but we found the opposite compared to many smaller villas we've used. These big villas seemed to attract large, noisy groups and 8 of the 10 days we were there were disrupted by noisy neighbours - a large family group next door playing loud music early to late; a group of younger people 2 doors down partying late into the night; and a family opposite, the other side of the golf course, but playing rap music and screaming at each other so loud by the pool all day; clearly audible to us and the passing golfers who didn't look impressed either! Just worth bearing in mind if you want tranquility!

Great family vacation

Wonderful spot for three generations to enjoy a week together. Pool was a big hit, as was the home theater. Eight bedrooms and five bathrooms really made it comfortable for all 14 of us. Pack and play, high chair and stroller in good repair and very clean. Well equipped kitchen , indoor/outdoor dining, less 2 miles to grocery and daily trash pickup. Good restaurants nearby for takeout or dining in. Beds very comfortable, ample towels and beach towels. Excellent communication and super fast response from host when a question did arise.

Golf Trip

Perfect house for 7 adults on a golf trip. House was spacious, and everyone had their own room. Our only issue was we could not get the pool or spa to heat up, even though we paid the extra charge to have them heated. Didnt ruin our trip, but would have liked it if we had a "hot" tub

Disney Family Vacation

We stayed a week for a Disney family vacation. Everything went great. No issues with checking in. The property had everything we needed. It is beginning to show some wear and age; however, overall it is as shown on VRBO photos. Kids rooms with murals are great. Our grandchildren loved them. Only had to contact Julian a few times and he was prompt on responding. Definitely recommend this property for large families.
