The maid services were horrible in our room. They did not replace the empty toilet tissue roll. They did not replace the hand soap at the sink, which was almost used up. We did not see any hand lotion. Maybe it’s no longer provided by Hilton. Basically, the only thing that they did was bring us some towels. After the maid services, when we returned to the room, my wife noticed hair all around the sink area. We are honors members, and we were not given a complimentary package (I.e., bottles of water). I had to go to the front desk later that evening to get our complimentary package. We were not pleased with services during this stay. Mr. & Mrs. Smith

We only stayed overnight but we were welcomed so graciously by everyone particularly Tasha and Angela. Thank you so much for being so kind, welcoming and friendly with their beautiful smile. How I wished we could stay longer!

Overall clean and very spacious accomodations. The breakfast was somewhat lacking in choices, and the staff did not seem to keep things replenished very well. Good location, right next to a main interstate highway (I-4), with lots of dining options within a short drive. One pet peeve: glasses or coffee mugs were sometimes available so that you didn’t have to use paper cups but were often not replenished when they ran out. Also, the paper cups were all individually wrapped in plastic. This seems like excessive plastic use, plus it is irritating to have to remove the plastic from a cup when you are trying to get juice or coffee with hands that are often full otherwise. Is this really necessary post-pandemic???

Very disappointing, I was expecting a quiet and comfortable 1 night stay. We went in February for one night and although we arrived after 8PM to check in the lobby was a mess. There was 1 person behind the desk checking everyone in while having technical issues. Not the most welcoming experience having to wait that long to check in. The room, although it was nice and clean the walls were paper thin and you can literally hear everything going on around you, next to you and above!. A light switch by the entrance was damaged and wouldn't turn off. They couldn’t move us to another room because they were fully booked and since it was past 11pm they didn't have a handy person at that time. Last but not least the beds were very uncomfortable, hard. All around it was such a disappointing and exhausting experience. We left the next morning restless from only sleeping about 3 hours due to the outside noises, uncomfortable bed and light being ON.. definitely caught me by surprise because Hilton usually does not disappoint. Not worth my money.
